Dope Taupe

A lovely taupe cream polish. The formula is amazing and only needed one coat. Photo doesn't show it but there is a purple hue to the polish as well.

Pearl Jammin'

A unique pearly white shimmer polish. The formula is thin and streaks only a little. This is two medium coats 

Fresh Prince-ss

A baby pink cream polish. The formula evens out nicely. This is one medium coats

Y'All Red-y for this

A bright red cream shimmer glitter polish. The formula is amazing. This is one coat

Jagged Little Teal

A deep teal cream polish. The formula is thick but the color is a lot more teal than blue. This is one coat. The photo does not show the teal hue. The camera unfortunately did not pick it up. Trust me though, looks just like the bottle. 

Purple Fiction

A deep purple metallic shimmer polish. This is one coat. The polish looks beautiful on camera.

Combat blue-TS

A cobalt blue cream polish. The formula dried matte rather quick so be sure to work fast. This is one coat but stains the cuticles

Heroine Chic

A deep brown bronze shimmer polish. This is two coats. The photo doesn’t do the polish justice. This one stained unfortunately.

Blue-Ya

A cobalt shimmer polish. This is one coat. The formula is amazing

Teen Spirit

A deep purple shimmer polish. This is one coat

Don't Mesh with Me

A super thin purple shimmer polish. This is two coats. A fun topper 

Holo At Ya Girl

A thin multi-sized gold and blue glitter polish. This is one coat. A fun topper

Zoya Seashells and Sunsets | Summer 2016 Collection

If you live in California, then its summer all year round. These PixieDust polishes are perfect for an accent nail any time during the year. The PixieDust is a textured glittery polish. 

"Levi" is a gold glitter Pixidust. This is one thick coat. 

"Zooey" is a pink glitter. This is two thin coats. 

"Tilly" is a silver glitter with blue specks spread throughout the polish. This is two coats. 

"Cece" is a bright green glitter. This is two thin coats. This polish is very thin actually and you can see my nail line still. Unfortunately I am not too fond of this color. 

"Linds" is a ruby red glitter. This is one coat. This is the only polish that is nice and thick. The color looks just like the bottle. 

"Bay" is a thin blue glitter. Remind me of a mermaid scales tail. This is also another very see through polish. Unfortunately it does not look like the bottle at all. It is still a VERY pretty surprise!

Overall I enjoyed these polishes. My favorite was the gold polish, not that that came as a surprise to you. I will be using it as an accent polish all year round!! Grab the polishes on www.zoya.com

Zoya Petals | 2016 Spring Collection

Happy  Saturday!

Today I have swatches of the Zoya Petals 2016 Spring Collection launched on March 1st. The collection includes 6 beautiful polishes that screams floral. All photos below are taken in artificial light with no top coat. 

Inspired by the gardens of spring, this fresh and vibrant collection invites you to revel in the beauty of the season 

Aster 

A sheer periwinkle with flecks of fuchsia. This is two coats for opacity. The finish is smooth and shiny. A stamped a fun pattern on my ring finger.

Azalea

A bright magenta pink with flecks of fuchsia. This is one medium coat. Although the polish is night and bright, its a little to bright for my taste on my hands. It would look beautiful for pedicures though.

Zahara

A sheer coral with flecks of fuchsia. This is 2 coats. This would be great as an accent nail for the next polish. 

Tulip

A soft cream coral. This is 2 coats. The finish is self leveling and semigloss. I didn't realize how bright this color was until I stepped out in the sunlight. So be sure to keep this in mind if you decide to wear it to work!

 

Laurel

A semi cream pink shimmer. This is 2 coats.

Leia

A sheer shimmer polish. This is 2 coats. This is definitely a polish that you can't wear on its own. The polish will not become opaque on its own. It would be a nice shimmer top coat for any other polish.
